1. Forum participation is strongly encouraged.
2. Monitoring the Raid Information and Boss Strat forum on a regular basis and studying up on raid boss strats is mandatory.
3. We expect everyone to show up for raids and to be on time. If for some reason it is that you can't make it on a particular raid night, it's your responsibility to let an Officer or raid leader know.
4. If and when you are accepted, don't forget to request access to the member's only section of the forums.
5. Initiate periods last two weeks. You will be expected to be active and showing your commitment and willingness to raid and be a part of the guild. You will be assessed on knowledge, skill, and attitude. You will have access to the 1st guild tab, and will need to ask permission for removal of items from the others. Initiates will be able to earn DKP during their initiation but cannot bid on items until they are promoted to a full member. They are however allowed if it's called for or if noone else wants the item.
6. At some point during your trial period you'll either be promoted to member or removed from the guild as warranted by the many things observed in #5.
7. You've been recruited to fill a specific role and will therefore be expected to be available to raid. If your attendance is unsatisfactory you will be talked with to see what's going on.
8. We distribute loot based on a DKP system. For more information on this you can view our loot rules in the Raid Section on how points are earned and bidding is done.
9. Our vent information is located in the guild information tab in-game.
10. Information about mods that are required for raiding can be found in the raid section on the forums.
11. Information about the consumables that are required for raiding can be found in the Raid Section of the forums.
12. You are strongly encourged to review your performance on Wow Web Stats. The officers will be. If you're not correcting the problems they're seeing, you won't be here for long. Our WWS url's are available in the Raid Section under the appropriate link and will be updated after each raid.
13.. It is your responsibility to seek help if you're under-performing or if you have questions on what it is that you can do to improve. The officers and your guildmates are too busy to hold your hand. They aren't, however, too busy to help you improve as long as you're putting in the effort and you have the desire to improve.
14.. You are expected to come fully prepared to raids. Those who aren't fully prepared will be removed from the raid. Fully prepared means the appropriate consumables listed here and the following:
-All possible consumeables for your character. (Enough for the entire night)
-Gold for repairs
-Knowledge of the strategies for any and all bosses we may be doing
15.. If you have questions regarding loot, not getting selected for a raid, or anything else guild related, they are best addressed well before or after a raid. Officers are typically very busy before, during, and after raid time doing the things required to ensure our success. PMs via the website and in-game mail are also a very good way to resolve issues.
16. If you need an emergency afk, please inform the raid leader.
17. We don't require vent to be kept entirely silent during raids, but vent should be kept clear during boss-fights with minimum clutter inbetween for the maximum amount of concentration and communication to be had.
